Your Messerstahl Cutlery is guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of your cooking products. Messerstahl will replace or substitute at an equal value any returned knife or accessory shown upon examination to be defective at our discretion, and without charge.  The buyer agrees that by accepting delivery and subsequent use, or resale of any products from Messerstahl, any liability is limited to repairing or replacing any products that may be covered under warranty. All transportation charges and shipping expenses are the purchaser’s responsibility. If service becomes necessary, return the product insured with freight or postage prepaid, with a written description of the claimed defect and proof of purchase from an authorized distributor to:
